12 Sessions: 1 year of coaching

12 sessions, once a month for one year! With this plan you will have a year of accountability as well as start to see massive progress toward your goals. All sessions with Christine will take place over Google Hangouts. Prior to your first session, Christine’s team will send you a questionnaire to maximize your time together. In these four sessions we will outline your goals, put together an actionable plan, and provide accountability for reaching your goals. Christine will assign homework at the end of each session for you to work on over the next month. Every month we discuss your progress, what is working, what isn’t. With one year of coaching you will find yourself in a dramatically different place then when you began. You will have seen major progress toward your goals.
